Print & Delivery Policy

This policy explains eligible files, print approval, delivery details, charges, estimates, tracking and remedies.

Delhi Doc Centre is a private, independent consultancy agency with no affiliation to any government department. This is not a government website. Our printing, lamination and delivery support does not make us the issuing authority for a certificate.

1. Service eligibility

Printing and delivery are offered only for a digital file that may lawfully be printed and that is supplied or specifically approved by an authorised customer.

Delhi Doc Centre may refuse a file that appears altered, fraudulent, unlawful, unrelated to the requester, technically unsafe or unsuitable for the selected print service.

2. Customer-approved file and specification

Before printing, the order identifies the approved file, one-copy print specification, lamination specification, packaging and delivery details. The customer is responsible for reviewing the correct file and visible information before approval.

A printed item reproduces the customer-approved digital file and does not alter the status or validity of the source file.

3. Recipient and address

The customer must provide an accurate receiver name, complete delivery address, six-digit PIN code and reachable phone number. The order review should mask the address while still allowing the customer to confirm it.

4. Charges

The total customer price is ₹199 for one printed and laminated copy, secure packaging and standard shipping within the available service area. No additional compulsory printing, lamination or standard-shipping charge is added to this package. Any different service or redelivery charge must be separately disclosed and accepted before payment.

5. Dispatch and courier estimates

The normal dispatch target is two to three business days after the approved printable file, confirmed address and payment are available. Courier transit time is separate and depends on the destination and carrier. These are estimates rather than guarantees.

6. Packaging and tracking

Personal documents should be placed in privacy-protective packaging when operationally available. When a courier provides tracking, the tracking reference and material delivery updates will be shared through the customer’s chosen service channel.

7. Delay and failed delivery

Weather, public restrictions, carrier interruptions, an incorrect address and failed delivery attempts may affect delivery. Delhi Doc Centre will provide reasonable assistance using available carrier information.

8. Loss, damage or incorrect item

Report a lost, materially damaged or incorrect item promptly to support@delhidoccentre.in or +91 83688 40414. Keep the packaging and provide photographs where relevant.

After verification, Delhi Doc Centre will arrange an appropriate reprint, replacement, re-performance or refund remedy under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9. Returns and document privacy

Do not return a personal document unless customer care provides written instructions. Any approved return method must protect the document from unauthorised access.
