Delhi Doc Centre is a private, independent consultancy agency, not a government website or department. This policy applies to our private service charges and does not represent a government refund policy. We have no affiliation with any government department.
1. Cancellation before substantive work starts
A customer may cancel before substantive work on the confirmed service begins and receive a refund of the Delhi Doc Centre service fee. Any separately identified third-party charge already incurred is handled according to section 5 below.
2. Cancellation after work starts
After consultation, information review, preparation, printing, delivery preparation or another agreed service has started, the reasonable fee attributable to completed work is not refundable. Any unperformed separable portion will be refunded.
3. When Delhi Doc Centre cannot provide the agreed service
If Delhi Doc Centre cannot provide the agreed service for a reason attributable to Delhi Doc Centre, the unprovided portion will be refunded. Where appropriate, the customer may instead accept re-performance or a corrected deliverable.
If the service supplied is materially deficient or materially different from the confirmed order details, the customer retains the applicable refund, replacement or re-performance remedy.
4. External outcome
An external delay, query, objection, rejection or request for additional information does not automatically create a refund right when Delhi Doc Centre has already completed the professional assistance shown in the order summary. Any unperformed separable portion remains refundable under this policy.
5. Third-party charges
A courier or other separately identified third-party charge already incurred is refundable only to the extent it is recovered from that provider. No third-party charge should be deducted unless it was disclosed before order confirmation.
6. Duplicate, incorrect or failed payment
A verified duplicate payment or amount collected in error will be returned to the original payment method. If an account is debited but Delhi Doc Centre does not receive a confirmed payment status, the transaction will be reconciled with the payment provider before fulfilment or refund action.
7. Print and delivery problems
A lost, materially damaged or incorrect printed item should be reported promptly with the order number and reasonable supporting information. After verification, Delhi Doc Centre will offer an appropriate reprint, replacement, re-performance or refund remedy.
A customer should not return a personal document unless customer care provides written, privacy-protective return instructions.
8. Requesting cancellation or a refund
Send a written request containing the customer name, order number, selected service and reason to support@delhidoccentre.in. Customer care is available at +91 83688 40414 for assistance.
Approved refunds are normally initiated to the original payment method within five to seven business days. The payment provider or bank may require additional time to credit the amount.
9. Complaint escalation
If a customer disagrees with a refund decision, they may request review through the complaint route on the Contact page. Nothing in this policy removes a consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
