Service agreement

Terms & Conditions

These terms explain the services Delhi Doc Centre provides, the limits of those services, and each customer’s responsibilities.

1. Business identity and agreement

Delhi Doc Centre is a private, independent consultancy agency, not a government website, department or authorised government representative. We are not affiliated with any government department. Our fees are for the private services expressly listed in the order; they are not government fees unless a separate government charge is specifically identified.

Delhi Doc Centre provides preparation, printing and delivery support. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Print & Delivery Policy and the confirmed order summary, form the agreement for the selected service.

Each order is limited to the consultation, preparation, printing or delivery work displayed before confirmation. Results and processing times handled by another service provider are outside the agreed work and are not guaranteed.

2. Customer authority and responsibilities

The customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old and are authorised to request assistance for the relevant record, including as the document holder, parent, legal guardian or other lawfully authorised person.

  • Provide complete, accurate and lawfully held information.
  • Review all prepared information and approve it before any submission or printing.
  • Respond to reasonable clarification requests.
  • Use the service only for a lawful, authorised purpose.

We may refuse or cancel a request involving suspected impersonation, false documents, unauthorised access or unlawful use.

For Child Name Addition Assistance, the customer must be at least 18 years old and must be the child's parent or lawful guardian. Child-related information is handled under the dedicated section of the Privacy Policy.

3. Credential and payment safety

Delhi Doc Centre may send its own one-time code solely for customer-portal sign-in. That code should be entered only on delhidoccentre.in and should not be shared in chat or by telephone. Delhi Doc Centre will never ask for a password, payment PIN, card security code or authentication code issued by a bank, payment provider or another platform. Payment authentication must be completed directly through the payment provider’s channel.

4. Order formation

An order is created only after the customer takes an explicit confirmation action. The confirmation must show a unique order number, selected service, included work, itemised charges, total amount, payment status and fulfilment status.

A payment attempt or payment reference is recorded separately from the service order number. Submitting an enquiry or starting a WhatsApp conversation does not by itself create a paid order.

5. Fees and payment

Before confirmation, the order summary will show the service price, applicable tax, delivery charge and any known third-party charge. Where a listed package has one inclusive total, the included components and total will be displayed with no additional compulsory charge. A payment to Delhi Doc Centre covers only the items shown in that order. Any separate third-party charge must be identified before confirmation.

A payment must not be treated as successful until it has been verified through the payment provider. Delhi Doc Centre will not ask a customer to pay through an account or channel that is not displayed on the confirmed order or this website.

6. Timelines and external outcomes

Any Delhi Doc Centre timeline begins only after complete information, required customer approval and payment are available. It refers to our own review, preparation, printing or dispatch work.

Results and processing times controlled by another service provider are not guaranteed. A query, delay, unsuccessful result, service interruption or requirement for additional information may affect the overall process.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms and is presented before order confirmation.

8. Printing and delivery

A printed item reproduces the customer-approved digital file and does not alter the status or validity of the source file.

Printing, packaging, dispatch, delivery estimates, damage, loss and redelivery are governed by the Print & Delivery Policy.

9. Communications and support

Delhi Doc Centre may use the customer’s chosen contact channel for essential service, payment, complaint, delivery and security updates. Promotional communication requires separate consent and may be declined without affecting service updates.

10. Third-party services

Payment providers, communications platforms, couriers, hosting providers and external portals operate under their own terms and availability. Delhi Doc Centre remains responsible for the work it has agreed to perform but cannot control another provider’s decision or system availability.

11. Privacy and information handling

Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Customers should provide only information reasonably necessary for the selected service.

12. Reasonable care and liability

Delhi Doc Centre will perform the confirmed work with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, it is not responsible for another provider’s decision or outage, or a delay caused by incomplete or inaccurate customer information.

Nothing in these Terms removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Force majeure

Neither party is responsible for a delay or failure caused by an event reasonably outside its control, including natural disaster, widespread network interruption, civil restriction or prolonged failure of essential third-party infrastructure.

14. Policy revisions

Material policy revisions will be posted on the relevant policy page. The order record preserves the policy version accepted by the customer. A later revision does not retrospectively change a confirmed order unless required by law or expressly agreed with the customer.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt to resolve a complaint through customer care. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes will be handled by courts with jurisdiction in Delhi.

16. Contact

Questions may be sent to support@delhidoccentre.in or raised by calling +91 83688 40414.

Delhi Doc Centre customer care is the grievance contact. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and addressed within one month.
